The Way of all Blogs

Looks like it's been about 2 weeks since that last post about migration. Sorry!

The site's had a lick of paint. I liked the old starfield background but wasn't so keen on the structure. And as I churn out more apps, I'd like to put more of a highlight on them. The blog archive will still be accessible using the navbar.

I've barely mentioned Callouts, despite publishing the app to the front page. I'll write up a post about that in a bit. It's a web dashboard + accompanying Android app for tradespeople to better track all the admin - customer details, jobs, notes and photos, invoices and quotes.

I'm still enjoying the self-hosted VPS life. Migrating TypeStars and Callouts over is still on the to-do list; I had been working on Callouts for a while so is currently living on Vercel backed by Supabase, so that's a bit sticky to unpry.

Also, we have live Play Store apps now! explAIn, Outgoings, and VoiceAbroad are now all up for general availability!
