Digital Content Policy At VowVibes, we provide immediate access to digital content (AI-generated playlists and premium tools). Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, distinct rules apply to digital downloads and services.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period You have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days of your purchase. However, by using the Premium features (e.g., generating more than the free limit of songs, downloading PDFs, or accessing advanced inputs), you expressly agree that the service begins immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the digital content has been accessed or generated.

Verification of Service To ensure fairness and prevent disputes, VowVibes utilizes server-side Usage Logs to verify service performance. A refund for "faulty service" or "unavailable service" will not be issued if our logs confirm that:

A playlist was successfully generated by our AI engine after the payment was made. Content was successfully exported (e.g., PDF download or Spotify sync). The service returned a valid API response during your session. These logs serve as the definitive record of service delivery in the event of a "did not work" claim.

Exceptions & Goodwill While legally we are not required to refund once the service is used (as verified by our logs), we want you to be happy with your wedding playlist! We may consider refunds in the following cases:

Technical Faults: If our logs confirm an error code or timeout prevented generation. Accidental Duplicate Purchases: If you were charged twice for the same service. How to Request a Refund Please email support@vow-vibes.com with your transaction ID and the email address used for the account. We review requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to resolve them within 5 business days.
