  1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using TypeStars ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are a parent or guardian creating an account for your child, you accept these terms on their behalf. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

  2. Description of Service TypeStars is an educational platform designed to help children learn typing and spelling skills through interactive exercises and games. The Service is intended for use by children under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

  3. User Accounts To use TypeStars, you must create a parent account. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete registration information Maintaining the security of your account and PIN All activities that occur under your account Supervising your child's use of the Service You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account.

  1. Subscriptions and Payments TypeStars offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy acts as the seller and handles all billing, VAT/tax collection, and payment processing on our behalf.

Children's Privacy We take children's privacy seriously. TypeStars complies with applicable child privacy laws. Intellectual Property All content, features, and functionality of TypeStars—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software—are the exclusive property of TypeStars and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  1. Limitation of Liability TypeStars is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TypeStars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

  2. Termination We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

  3. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

  4. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
