Our Commitment At TypeStars, we want you and your family to be completely satisfied with our educational typing platform. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected, and we're here to help.

Free Trial TypeStars offers a free tier that allows you to explore our platform and try Level 1 exercises before committing to a premium subscription. We encourage you to take advantage of this free access to ensure TypeStars is right for your family.

Subscription Refunds We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Within 14 Days of Purchase If you're not satisfied with your premium subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to first-time subscribers only. To request a refund, please contact us at hello@typestars.co.uk with your account email address.

After 14 Days After the 14-day period, refunds are generally not available for the current billing period. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your premium access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Exceptional Circumstances We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund outside of our standard policy, please contact us and we'll review your request on a case-by-case basis.

How to Cancel Your Subscription You can cancel your premium subscription at any time through the Parent Dashboard:

Log in to your TypeStars account Navigate to the Parent Dashboard Go to Subscription settings Click "Manage Subscription" Follow the prompts to cancel After cancellation, your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again unless you choose to resubscribe.

Processing Refunds Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Account Deletion If you wish to delete your account entirely, please contact us at hello@typestars.co.uk. Account deletion is separate from subscription cancellation and will permanently remove all your data, including child profiles and learning progress.
