Payment Information Payment processing is handled by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy acts as the seller for all purchases and handles billing, VAT/tax, and payment processing. Data Storage and Security Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security practices. We use Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider, to store account and progress data. All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.

While we implement appropriate security measures, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Parental Controls Parents have full control over their children's profiles and data. Through the Parent Dashboard, you can:

View and edit child profile information Review your child's learning progress Delete child profiles at any time Request complete deletion of all account data Data Retention We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain information.
