Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Outgoings application ("the app", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Outgoings, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Outgoings is a personal finance tool designed to help you track bills and recurring payments. The app provides:

• Bill tracking and calendar view
• Payment reminders via notifications
• Data export functionality (premium feature)
• Customisable themes (premium feature)

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the app
• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
• Maintain the security of your device

4. Premium Features and Purchases

Outgoings offers a one-time premium purchase that unlocks additional features. By making a purchase:

• You agree to pay the displayed price at the time of purchase
• Payment is processed through Google Play or the App Store
• The purchase is non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the policies of Google Play or the App Store
• Premium features are tied to your app store account and can be restored on the same account

5. Free Trial Limitations

The free version of Outgoings allows you to track up to 3 bills. To track unlimited bills and access premium features, a one-time purchase is required.

6. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app without our express permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

Important: Outgoings is a tracking tool only. It does not make payments on your behalf. You are solely responsible for ensuring your bills are paid on time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, missed payments, late fees, or any financial losses arising from your use of the app.

9. Data and Backups

Your data is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for any data loss. We recommend regularly exporting your data (available with premium) for backup purposes.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app for violations of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
